Whenever we called to inquire about our case, they would give us vague responses because they were unaware of who had it. Their communication skills were appalling, making the entire process a nightmare. I never spoke to my lawyer except once, when it was time for my case to be heard in court. When it was time to reach an agreement on the amount of money to be paid, I was absent. They then informed me that I had won the case for $109.000, but all I received was $13,000. They kept asking me to sign and sign papers, but when I requested the signed documents, I never received them.
